I just read an article on
Yahoo about the "Religious Left" mobilizing in Ohio. Can someone tell me what the religious left is? They use terms like "main line protestants" and "progressive religious leaders". In the article John Green, an expert on
religion and politics at Akron University, says that he wouldn't be surprised if Obama wins a majority of white Catholic voters in Ohio. Have I been hit in the head by a hammer here! What is a mainline protestant or a progressive religious person? If you have received salvation in Christ how can you vote for a candidate who supports all forms of abortion, gay marriage, etc.? It's that simple to me. How so many Christians including Protestants and Catholics have lost their moral commpass is beyond me. How can anyone who is devoted to scripture and Jesus align themselves with the left and their immoral and secular beliefs? Wake up people!
